Universal Design for Learning, or UDL, is a strategy to eliminate barriers to learning that students may encounter in the educational experience. UDL in education means that the physical, social and learning environments are designed so that all students' learning is supported. Attendees in this session will be able to explain what UDL in education looks like, what needs to be considered before implementing UDL and most importantly, how to implement the principles of UDL. Our hope is that you leave our session with a new competence for providing learning environments that meet the needs of ALL students!
